Ms. Jacki has a master’s degree in Professional and Technical Communication with an emphasis on English and Communications from the University of Wisconsin - Stout. Her Bachelor of Science degree is in Education, Psychology, and Communication from the University of Wisconsin - Superior, where she graduated Cum Laude. For six years she taught grades 7-12 at a private Christian school, and for eight years she taught Adult Basic Education for adults earning high school credentials. Ms. Jacki was a licensed substitute teacher for the Wausau Public School System and is currently certified by the WTCS (Wisconsin Technical College System) to teach Adult Basic Education (Language Arts/Writing, Math, Reading, Civics, Social Studies, and Science), Basic Computer Science, Career Education, and College Success and Study Skills. For four years Ms. Jacki served as a board member on the school board for the IDEA Charter School in the DC Everest School District. Ms. Jacki believes that teaching is such an incredible experience because teachers get to watch the students grow up while helping them learn, discover, and navigate the formative years on their way to becoming what God has called them to.
