Mrs. Lynn earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from the University of Florida. She majored in Elementary Education, with a focus in Math and Science Education. Mrs. Lynn is state certified in Elementary Education K-6, Physical Eduction K-12, and holds an ESOL endorsement. She has 16 years of experience teaching math and science in 4th grade. Mrs. Lynn is recognized as a State of Florida High Impact Teacher and was distinguished as the top 1% of all Hillsborough County Educators. 

 

In addition to being a classroom teacher, Mrs. Lynn has served in coaching roles for summer sports camps, Ultimate Frisbee Clubs, and girls fast-pitch softball. She has a heart for encouraging people to surprise themselves, always pushing their limits slightly more than comfortable, to achieve success in both academics and sports. Mrs. Lynn has a passion for coaching and mentoring people of all ages and especially loves merging fitness and faith into relationship building. She excels at team-building and creating a culture where students believe the best in each other and in themselves, while always giving glory to God for success. 

 

Mrs. Lynn is active in Women’s Bible Study and has served in a variety of ministries focused on reaching the marginalized. After being a homemaker for the last 6 years with her young children, Mrs. Lynn feels blessed by the incredible mission field CCA will provide, and is especially thankful to bring her four children to the school. In her spare time Mrs. Lynn enjoys distance running and lifting weights, being in the sun and on the water, and working on writing her memoir.
